first when we reach the hotel ,there was no water even to take bath ,the toilet flush wasnt working properly, we had to shift to the other room ,but there again the AC was abnormally noisy so we shift to other room again and there again the room could not be locked from inside n some staff kept opening the door without pressing the bell or knocking, overall experience was very bad , the only good thing abt this hotel was food.

Excellent property at prime location. Well maintained. Good food. Courteous staff. Pleasant stay fresh environment

Location is convenient. Hotel is not worth for the cost they charged. Reception and welcome staffs are least courteous and very unpleasant. Awful food, menu is only for display, many menu items were not available when asked. Serving staffs were good and hardworking but chef and cooking department is awful. No laundry facility as they have got one machine which was not working. They have classified themselves as 4 star, i would not give even 2 star to this hotel. So kindly avoid booking thinking 4 star in mind. Not worth more than 3-4k a day for this hotel.
